After building your onboarding flow, you'll need to choose how your clients experience it. 360Onboard offers different variants and display modes to match your brand and client preferences.
Selecting Your Variant
360Onboard offers multiple visual variants for your onboarding flows. The most popular option is the Professional variant, which provides a clean, polished look that works well for business clients.

You can select your preferred variant in the customization section after building your flow steps.
The Two Display Modes
Once you've selected your variant, you need to choose how the content is displayed. There are two main modes:
1. Step-by-Step Mode (Recommended)
What It Is: Each major step in your flow gets its own page. If you have three steps (questionnaire, e-signature, tutorial), clients will see three pages total.
How It Works:
- Page 1: All questionnaire questions together
- Page 2: The e-signature form
- Page 3: The tutorial instructions
- Final page: Thank you message
Best For:
- Clients who prefer to see all related questions at once
- Faster completion times
- Professional service providers
- B2B onboarding
Client Experience: Clients see a cohesive page with all questions or content for that step, then click "Next" to move to the next major step.
